How do I return an item?


We understand that sometimes sizes do not work, the product is not what you expected, customers change their minds, etc.
Accordingly, we are happy to accept returns for refund or exchange within 30-days of the invoice date.


In case any of the situations listed below apply please contact us via email at
sales@towels.com to have a prepaid return postage sent to your email:

  • Items were damaged during transit / delivery by the postage carrier.
  • Received defective merchandise due to manufacturing errors.
  • Received someone else order.
  • There is an error with order or items are missing.

If for any other reason you choose to return an order, simply ship it back to us at your own expense. We will issue a refund within 10 days of receipt.
