Our Return Policy:

At Towel.com we want to ensure our customers receive the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
We understand that sometimes sizes do not work, the product is not what you expected, customers change their minds, etc. Accordingly, we are happy to accept returns for refund or exchange within 30-days of the invoice date.

To expedite the process, please follow these simple guidelines:

  • Return the merchandise along with the original invoice/packing slip.
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition; unworn, unpackaged and unwashed.
  • Personalized/monogrammed items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If any of the circumstances described below apply to your order,
please contact us via email at sales@towel.com to have a pre-paid postage sent to your email:

  • Items were damaged during transit / delivery by the postage carrier.
  • Received defective merchandise due to manufacturing errors.
  • Received someone else's order.
  • There's an error with order or items are missing.


International Returns

Our Return guarantee does not include freight charges for international orders.
If for any reason you choose to return an order simply ship it back to us, at your own expense.

Refunds

  • Once we've received your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment originally used for the order.
  • Returns past the 30-day from the day the package was delivered are subject to approval and a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • Opened merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
