Personalized/monogrammed items are not eligible for exchange.

Items were damaged during transit / delivery by the postage carrier.
Received defective merchandise due to manufacturing errors.
Recieved someone else's order.
There's an error with order and items are missing
Our Return guaratee does not include freight charges for international orders.
If for any reason you choose to return an order simply ship it back to us, at your own expense.
Once we've received your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment originally used for the order.
Returns past the 30-day from the day the package was delivered are not allowed.
Opened merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
